Cauliflower egg bake

Ingredients
500 grams Cauliflower, cooked 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 large Scrambled Egg 1 cup Milk, 1% 150 grams Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
Directions
Cut cauliflower into small florets and drizzle with olive oil. Whisk eggs with the milk and cover cauliflower with it. Sprinkle the grated or crumbled cottage cheese over the meal and add spices (salt, black pepper). Bake on moderate until ready.
