Caprese Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 3 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 2 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Slice tomatoes in half. Dice mozzarella into cubes. Mix all ingredients together. Serve. Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
