Mama's regular beef and cabbage stew

Ingredients
16.0 oz Beaf Lean Stew Meat (Cooked)4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh2.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Peel and chop vegetables. Sauteed onion, garlic, meat in Dutch oven. Add beef stock or water period at seasoning. Add vegetables. Bring to boil then lower Heat and cover. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
