Super easy and my husband loved it! (I still can't get the kids to eat fish, but my son did tell me how good dinner smelled while I was cooking.) I seasoned the fish with a little Old Bay spice before browning. - 1/29/11

I made this with tilapia. The flavor was great. It was indeed very easy. But, it did not look very appealing, because the fish fell apart when I turned it and positively crumbled when I removed it from the pan. That said, I will happily make and eat it again and again. Maybe baking is better? - 11/10/08
