Ingredients
5 oz Quinoa Elbow Macaroni (Gluten Free) (by INESMG) 8 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Directions
Dice onion and put it in the pan and cook while browning hamburger. while meat is cooking, cook pasta according to box directions. When hamburger is cooked add diced tomatoes and heat trough in the skillet with the meat. Drain pasta and add to the meat, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste
