Healthy Tuna Patties

Ingredients
1 can tuna packed in water (drained)8 egg whites
Directions
Combine drained tuna in bowl with egg whites. Mix then add your favorite seasonings.

Spray non stick skillet with Pam and scoop 1/4 c. mixture into pan. Cook on both sides til done.

Makes 4 patties. Serve over brown rice. Great protein kick after a hard workout.
