Ingredients
8 oz Barilla - White Fiber Mini Penne Pasta 56 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 56 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 56 grams Onions, raw 113 grams Celery, raw 3.5 serving Bumble Bee Red Salmon, 2.2 oz/63g, about 1/4 cup 10 tbsp Hellmans Light Mayonaise
Directions
Boil pasta in salted water to desired texture. Drain salmon and gently clean of skin and/or bones if desired. (skin and bones are edible, add calcium) Chop peppers, onion and celery. Combine all ingredients and season with S & P
