Keto Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 c Heavy Whipping Cream 3 large Eggs1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1/2 c chopped onions 2 lb Ground beef 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup 1 c keto breadcrumbs 1/2 c trivia brown sugar blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
Mix the topping ingredients (ketchup, mustard, sugar) in small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs then add the breadcrumbs, onion, cream, and cheese. Add salt/pepper to taste and mix well.
Add ground beef and mix well, then shape into loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes, then spread topping on top of loaf. Bake for addl 30 minutes
Let stand for 5-10 minutes then serve.
