ZESTY LIME SHRIMP AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients
2 limes, juice of1 tsp olive oil1/4 tsp kosher salt, black pepper to taste1 lb jumbo cooked, peeled shrimp, chopped*2 med peppers, chopped4 stalks celery, copped2 medium hass avocado, diced (about 5 oz)1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced fine1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
In a small bowl combine lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir vigorously.
In a large bowl combine chopped shrimp, avocado, peppers, celery, jalapeņo.
Combine all the ingredients together, add cilantro and gently toss. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 1/2 avocado, 2tbsp dressing, 2c salad
