1 1/2 cups Almond Flour Wellbee''s Super Fine1/4 tsp Salt1 tbsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp Onion powder2 large eggs - Egg Land's Best Organic 1/2 cup Sour Cream Organic (Shamrock Farms)4.0 tbsp Butter (melted)1/2 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Mexican Style Cheddar Jack Finely Shredded
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all set wet ingredients together then add to dry mixture
Mix well
Place baking cups in muffin pan. Using an icecream scooper, scoop mixture to the baking cups (10-12 cups)
Bake 10 to 13 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 10 muffins (or 12 if you make them smaller)
