Ingredients
175 grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6.76 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 1tsp Canola Oil 0.89 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 4 tsp Sugar in the Raw (Turbinado Sugar) .5 tsp Cardamom, ground .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt
Directions
in a blender blend all ingredients until batter smooth. Brush pan with oil, and pour batter onto hot pan. cook until on side bubbles and flip, cook until pancake puffs up.
