47 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 100 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 5 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 20 oz. loaf, 1 slice=1 serving 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Combine all ingredients except egg and meat, once everything is well combined add eggs then meat. Stir until completely incorporated. Roll into golf ball sized servings. Cook in microwave, oven or stove top, whatever your choice.
