Low Carb Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
2 serving Mission , 6.5" Low Carb Fajita Size Tortilla 16 oz Ground Pork 16 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 3 clove Garlic .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1. Toast the tortillas in a 350 degree oven until dry and crisp
2. Pulse the tortillas in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed
3. Add all additional ingredients, and gently combine. Do not overwork the mixture.
4. Form into 24 individual meatballs.
5. Place on a parchment paper line baking sheet,
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown
