Ingredients
3 cup Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1.6 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 1 large Onions, raw 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. Baked Potato, with skin Salt and pepper
Directions
Build the casserole by layering all ingredients (onions on the bottom, tomatoes on top) and adding salt and pepper (LIGHTLY!) between layers.

Bake at 350 for 1hr 45 min.
