Broiled Fish with Salsa Verde

Ingredients
1 lb cod, haddock or pollok fillets1 Tbl lime juice1/4 tsp pepper1/4 c green chile salsa1 Tbl dried cilantro (or 2 Tbl fresh)lime slices for garnish
Directions
Set oven broiler. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Cut fish into 4 serving pieces and place on broiler pan. Brush with lime juice and sprinkle with pepper.


Broil with tops 4-6 inches from heat for 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.


Top with salsa and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with limes slices.
