16 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Poppy seed .5 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 cup water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In alarge bowl combine dry ingredients. Add water and mix until soft dough forms. Spread onto prepared baking sheet and flatten to 1/8 thickness. Cut into 48 pieces and bake until crisp and edges are browned about 25-30 min. Let cool completely before dividing and serving.
