Homemade Vegetable Leek Soup

Ingredients
Leeks, 2 cups Carrots, raw, 2 cups, chopped Green Beans (snap), 2 cups Canned Tomatoes, 3.5 cups Chicken stock 8 cups Zucchini, 2 cups, sliced Garlic, 3 clovesOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Directions
Sweat leeks in olive oil then add carrot and green beans. Cook 5 min and add zucchini. Cook 3 more minutes then add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
