Keto Parmesan Meatballs

32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded 3/4 cup Almond Flour ( if you omit, only use 1 egg)2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Italian seasoning1 tbsp onions, dehydrated flakes salt and pepper to taste2 1tsp Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Use an icecream scoop or large melon baller for consistent size and put into a skillet which has about 2 Tbsp heated olive oil. Cook over medium heat until a brown crust has formed on the bottom. Turn and do the same to the other side. Continue until all sides are browned.
