4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 tbsp Ginger, ground 3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1)
Cut potato into wedges
Chop onions lengthwise
Fry potato wedges
Sautee onions in 1 tsp vegetable oil until translucent
Add chilli powder and ground ginger
Mix well
Add 3 cups water and boil at medium heat to desired consistency
