Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans (6 oz each) Chicken of the Sea, Boneless/Skinless Pink Salmon in Water1 cup Egg Beaters1 cup Italian-Style Bread Crumbs1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Onion PowderOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Combine all ingredients using a fork until mixture is "sticky" and does not fall apart easily. (You may need to add more bread crumbs to achieve the desired consistency.)

Spray the bottom of a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat.

Using an ice cream scoop (or your hands), mold the mixture into burgers. (I like to make bigger burgers, so I usually get 6 patties out of the mixture.) Place the burgers in the skillet and brown on both sides.
