8 serving Almond butter, Barney Butter 2 tbsp 4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 16 tsp Swerve All Natural Sweetener (by JANIS-IRENE) 9 tbsp Almonds - sliced 2.7 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 0.33 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 serving Chocolate Dark Lindt 90% cocoa 1sq/serv=55 cal (10gm), by square 0.25 cup Dry Roasted Edemame (by REBECCASAL)
mix nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla together. microwave in 30 second burst and stir to make a smooth mixture. add swerve and microwave 39 seconds. Mix. add dry ingredients. pour into loaf pan or 8x8 pan. top with 1 tbs sliced almonds. add dark chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil and melt in microwave. stir until smooth. drizzle over bars. put in fridge to harden. cut into 8 bars. next time use 1/4 swerve, very sweet
