1.5 cup Wild Rice 3 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 6 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 oz (20 halves) Pecans .25 cup Apple Junction Sweet Apple Cider

3 cups of mashed pumpkins is really 6 mini pumpkins. Substitution is probably off a bit.
