Ingredients
5 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 3 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 4 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Bottom layer: sliced zucchini
2nd layer: Baked and sliced Italian Sausage
3rd layer: 1/2 the ricotta and shredded cheese
4rth layer: sliced zucchini
5th layer: brown hamburger (add garlic, onion, oregano to taste) add tomato sauce.
6th layer: rest of cheese. top off with parmesan.
bake at 400 until top layer of cheese browns to appealing level.
