.33 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 0.125 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites .5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) .12 tsp Allspice
Directions
mix listed ingredients and dash of salt. Add 1-2 packets of Splenda or other sweetener. Add walnuts to vary. Microwave 2.5 minutes.
