HONEY BISCUITS

Ingredients

125 grams Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp packed Brown Sugar 1.25 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Baking Powder 24 raisins Raisins (1 per biscuit)
Melt butter, honey and brown sugar in a bowl large enough to mix all ingredients.Remove from heat.
Soft in flour and baking powder - mix until combined.
Place small balls pf mixture on to a baking sheet.
Flatten with a fork.
Press a raisin into each cookie.
Bake at 160c for 10-15 minutes (or until lightly browned).
Carefully lift each biscuit onto a cooling rack. Enjoy
