Fish with dill dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup(6 Tbsp) soy protein powder4 (6-8oz)fish fillets2 tbsp. sesame oil1/2 cup mayo3 tbsp. dill weed, dried1/4 tsp. lemon 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions
Mix protein powder, salt, pepper and 1tbsp. and 1 tbsp.dill. Heat oil in skillet and coat each fillet with the soy coating. cook on medium heatfor 3-4minutes each side or until golden brown. Combine: remaining dill, lemon and mayo for your topping.
