Brown rice and veggies

Ingredients
1 cup brown minute rice1/2 cup chopped broccoli1/2 onion chopped2 oz canned salmon (half can)1 1/2 cup chicken bullion 1 cup raw snap peas4 tbsp La Victoria taco sauce (or sauce of choice)2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
Directions
Prepare minute rice using package instructions, except substitute water for 1 cup of chicken broth. After Rice is cooked add to medium pan over medium heat. Add onion, broccoli, and snap peas. mix these ingredients. Add remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth to pan and cover. Allow to cook about 5 minutes. Uncover and add salmon. Mix and cook uncovered about 5 more minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

The salmon and sour cream are of course optional, it tastes good either way.
