Vegetable Rice Bake

Ingredients
* 2 cups wild rice * 2 larch zucchini * 12oz slice mushrooms * 2 cans diced tomatoes * 2 cups mozzerella * 1 10oz pack spinach--thawed
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Slice zucchini. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
