Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 2.5 cup (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 48 tsp (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 extra large (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 24 tbsp (remove)*Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 2 cup (remove)Honey, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in apple sauce and honey. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
