Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole-wheat bread1 tbsp Light MayoSweet Onions Garlic (optional to taste)Black pepper (optional to taste)1 fillet Salmon1/2 tsp Canola oil
Directions
1.Cook salmon fillet throughly with the 1/2 tsp canola oil and add garlic and black pepper to taste.
2.While the salmon is half way cooked add the sweet onions they should be soft.
3.Toast bread add 1 tbsp mayo, salmon, and the onions.

    Thanks for the recipe. I tried it and it tasted wonderful. However i replace the salmon fillet with grill salmon and add in just a pinch of lemon powder for better aroma. - 2/6/11
