1 and 1/2 cups cooked Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal (cooked with water) 2 large eggs2 oz Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (actually just enough to moisten the mixture)2 tsp no calorie sweetener1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg4 large egg whites
Spray skillet with cooking spray. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients with a splash of milk. Add to heated skillet and cook as you would a pancake or scrambled eggs.
