1 serving Perdue Chicken Breast Cutlets Jack cheese 2 slices 2 oz Corn Salsa (any store brand)2 tbsp Guacamole 0.25 tsp granulated garlic 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 roll Onion Sandwich Rolls 1 cup Olive Oil
1. Brush chicken with oil and grill.
2. In the meantime prepare mayo by mixing mayo and granulated
garlic.
3. Place corn salsa on bottom of roll
4. Place grilled chicken next, follow by cheese and guacamole
and spread garlic mayo on top half of roll.
