Lamb Kabobs

3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 8 serving Fresh Mint (herb) 2 tblsp chopped 1.50 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt 80 grams Cilantro, raw 32 oz Lamb, Ground
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the turkey, olive oil, garlic, mint, cilantro, salt and spice mix in a bowl and mix with your hands
2. Using the bamboo skewers mold the meat around them so it looks like a sausage (see the photo) and put a cherry tomato on the end
3. Heat the BBQ or grill pan on high and when it reaches about 400° spray the pan and carefully put the kabobs on the grill.
4. Reduce the heat a bit med high BBQ (or grill pan) about 4 min on each side. The internal temperature of the meat should be at 165°
I like to serve this with cauliflower hummus or cauliflower rice and lemon grilled veggies!
