Ingredients
.25 1tsp Sesame Oil 16 oz Shrimp, raw 1 tsp Mirin (jozo mirin, Morita brand) (by MIGGIMAG) 1 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 1 clove Garlic .33 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 1 tsp Ginger Root 0.666 cup Cabbage, napa 26 serving potsticker wrapper (c) (by CAROLINAMUSED)
Directions
sprinkle cabbage with some salt and let rest, squeeze all extra water, chop shrimp and mix all ingredients, put 1-2 tbsp. in wrapper and seal. Pan fry then add 2/3 cup water, put lid on, and steam till water is gone.
