Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Finlandia Butter (by JUSTINIANOBRONX) 2 serving Wright Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices) 2 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 4 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Directions
brown mushrooms, add bacon (cook if not pre-cooked) add and wilt spinach briefly, pour eggs and all to cook to point of solidifying on the bottom of the pan. Put pan under broiler to throughly cook the top, Take out of the broiler, put cubed cream cheese on top and cover to warm.
