Bruschetta Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, thin strips1 bottle of Ken's Fat Free Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing, divided1.5 tomatoes, diced2 T oregano2 T basil2 T garlic powder1/3 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cut chicken into thin strips. Marinade in 1/2 bottle of salad dressing.

Mix diced tomatoes and spices in remaining salad dressing.

Grill chicken until done. Move chicken onto foil placed on grill. Drizzle tomato and spice mixture onto chicken in foil. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cook until cheese is melted.
