Directions
1 cup, halves Pecans 1 large Egg white, frothed1 Tbs water2/3 cup Monkfruit Sweetener Golden 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (or regular or sea salt if you prefer)
Preheat oven 250 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl add egg white and water and whip with a whisk until it froths white and bubbly. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and mix well. Add your pecans to the egg white mix and coat the nuts well. Gradually add the dry ingredients about 1/3 at a time and mix again coating the pecans well. (I save just a little of the dry mix to sprinkle on the nuts when I take them out of the oven.) Spread the pecans out evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for one hour at 250 degrees. Let completely cool before eating.
Serving Size: 8, 1oz. Servings. 1 ounce is equal to about 20 pecan halves.
