1.0 lb Flank Steak8.0 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce (1tbs - 15mL)0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers6.0 clove Garlic3.0 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch1.0 cup White Rice, medium grain3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Make sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, and soy sauce. Fry jalapeno, ginger, add beef coated in left over corn starch, till browned. Add sauce bring to a boil to thicken.
