Pan Fried Whiting Fillet 4 OZ

Ingredients
4 oz Whiting Fish Fillet (Sea Best) 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 tsp Dill weed, dried 0.25 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts
Directions
Melt butter in pan and saute onions til translucent and remove. Add fish fillet and season with salt and dill, and cook in skillet flipping once til done. Add onions back to the skillet and warm through and serve with a side.
