Ingredients
.5 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Tuna - StarKist Albacore White Tuna, in water (1 serving = 1 pouch/2.6oz,74g) 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 2 tbsp Parsley, dried .25 tbsp Fruit - Lemon Rind, Grated - 1 tbsp. = 6g = 1 serving (by MIKNMEG) .25 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Place oats in blender, pulse. Transfer to bowl, add egg, tuna, mustard 2t parley, lemon rind, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Mix to combine
2. Form 2 patties and fry in olive oil.
