Pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 16 oz Pasta, Barilla Cellentani 4 cup Broccoli raab, raw [Broccoli rabe, Rapini] chopped 40g 3 clove Garlic 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cut broccoli rabe in 2 inch pieces and blanch. Drain and dry broccoli rabe as much as possible. Brown sausage in another skillet then add minced garlic and 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. While that’s cooking boil pasta according to box directions reserving about 2 cups of pasta water. Add broccoli rabe to pan and sauté until broccoli rabe is tender. Add pasta water and remaining Parmesan cheese and toss with pasta.
