Raines Chicken Noodle Soup

2 - 48 oz Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 1-2 Bay Leaves2 cups sliced Carrots - Bolthouse Farms - Baby Cut Carrots 1 cup diced Onions, yellow, raw 2 T Knorr Chicken Bouillon 1 - 8oz pkg No Yolks Dumplings 8 oz Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast (1 large)1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Emiril's Chicken Rubsalt - pepper to taste
Boil chicken in enough water to cover breast along with Bay Leaves. Remove chicken when done and strain broth. Return broth to dutch oven and add additional broth, carrots, onions and bouillon. Shred chicken and season with garlic powder, chicken rub, salt and pepper. Return to pot and cook on medium to medium-low for at least an hour (2 hours is best). Taste broth to make sure it is seasoned well. Add dumplings last 15-20 minutes of cooking time. Soup is ready when dumplings are done. Enjoy!
