Ingredients
24 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 3.5 serving UTZ - Pork Rinds 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving egg yolk from one raw large egg: approx.2/3 ounces / 17 grams 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt (by ABSAARI84) .5 tsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 2 serving Cheese, Kirkland Signature Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 28g
Directions
Grind pork rinds in food processor til fine, mix all ingredients and a splash of water for consistency. Form 12 balls and bake in muffin tin at 350 for 18-22 min or til done
