Low Fat Blueberry Muffins (under 100 cal)

Ingredients
1/2 Cup White Flour1/2 Cup Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Blueberries(or other seasonal fruit)1 - 2 tsp of sugar or 1 Tbsp Honey1/2 Cup Skim Milk1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp of salt1 Tbsp Canola oil( I like this because it adds omega 3's)
Directions
Add all items together and blend - don't over mix or fruit will become mushy.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full
bake 350 degree oven

these muffines do not brown so at 20 minutes start checking for doneness with a tooth pick. If it comes out dry - they're done.

These are great as a lowfat snack also,

They freeze great.
