Ingredients
3 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal1/2 tsp. salt 1-3/4 Cup white flour1-1/2 tsp. baking powdernonfat milk 1/2 C.vegetable oil 2 Tbspextra lean ground beef -1 poundrefried beans 1-15oz cansalsa or picante sauce1 Cshredded lowfat cheddar 1 C lettuce 1Ctomato1 tomato Dicedsour cream fat free (optional)4Tbsp.black olives (optional) 10 Colossal
Directions
Preheat oven to 400%. using cooking spary lightly grease bottom of 12" pizza pan, sprinkle 1 Tbsp. cornmeal. In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 Tbsp.cornmeal. Mix milk and oil together, add to flour mixture and stir until clings to form ball. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into 12" circle. place dough into pan and bake 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in skillet, drain well. Spoon refried beans on crust, spoon ground beef and onion over beans. Layer on salsa next. sprinkle shredded cheese over all and bake 8 minutes cut into 8 slices. Top with lettuce and tomato. You can top with guacamole or sour cream and black olives if desired.
