Ingredients
3.5 cup Kroger black beans -no salt added 1.8 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 12 tbsp Garden Fresh Salsa, Jack's Special Medium 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 cup Kitchen Basics Vegetable Cooking Stock, Unsalted (by TRIBOVINE) 2 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Oregano leaves, dried (by RBOLEMAN) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute diced onions and garlic in olive oil in heavy soup pot. . Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and cover. Simmer 45 minutes until rice is cooked
