16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.25 cup Bell peppers (1 Hungarian yellow pepper).66 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 can Canned Tomatoes 3/4 C water1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Black Pepper, ground (by MELISSA_X0) 1 clove Garlic 3 1tsp Olive Oil
Chop all veg
Heat oil in large skillet
Sautée 1/2 of chopped onion qty and minced garlic
Add beef cook through and drain
add all ingredients to slow cooker stir well to combine
Cover and cook on low 6 hours
If using large pot on stove simmer 2.5 hours stirring occasionally
