2 T lemon juice1 T honey4 c greens (3 romaine + 1 spinach)2 c cubed watermelon1 cup blueberries1/2 c. diced cucumber1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion1/4 c. fat free feta
Whisk lemon juice and honey in large salad bowl.
Add greens and toss lightly to coat.
Add melon, berries, cuke and onion; toss.
Place on plates and garnish with feta (opt)
