Peanut butter and jelly muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour (by SHAEKAE81) 1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat .5 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving quest protien cookie peanut butter 8 tbsp Jam, Smucker's sugar free strawberry 12 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
Directions
mix everything but the jelly-- I added a bit a buttermilk if it seems too dry fill muffin cups and add jelly and swirl the jelly in the batter
Bake 350 20 minutes until golden
