Masala Pork with Spinach

Ingredients
300.0 gram Pork belly12.0 tsp Organic Valley Ghee Butter300.0 Grams Spinach, fresh3.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Curry powder1.0 tsp red chilli powder1.0 tsp Tumeric Powder1.0 tsp Salt50.0 mL Water, tap
Directions
Mince the pork belly strip. Garlic Chopped. Heat Ghee on medium flame. Add Tumeric and Chilli powder. Then, add minced pork and sauteed for 5 minutes. Add water and cover with lid. After water dried, add spinach and stir until spinach a little soft. Add salt and stir well. Sprinkle Curry Powder and cover for 2 minutes. Serve.
